Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

Welcome to Ellora Travel House. These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you visit our website, send an inquiry, communicate with us, or use our travel planning services.

By using this website, sending an inquiry, requesting travel planning services, approving a proposal, making a payment, or booking travel through Ellora Travel House, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Ellora Travel House

Ellora Travel House provides travel planning, booking support, itinerary assistance, and related travel services.

Ellora Travel House may work with host agency partners, travel networks, booking platforms, travel suppliers, wholesalers, and other third-party providers, including WorldVia, to research, quote, plan, book, and support travel services.

Ellora Travel House is not the direct provider of airline transportation, hotel accommodations, cruise services, tours, excursions, travel insurance, car rentals, transportation services, or other supplier-operated travel services unless specifically stated.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or information, or violates any applicable law or regulation.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

3. Travel Inquiries and Planning Requests

Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed booking, reservation, or guaranteed availability.

Travel availability, pricing, promotions, deposits, cancellation terms, supplier rules, and booking conditions can change at any time until a reservation is confirmed and any required payment has been made.

Ellora Travel House will use the information you provide to review your request, prepare recommendations, and communicate with you about travel options. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

4. Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

All quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until booked and confirmed by the applicable supplier.

Prices may change due to supplier availability, airfare changes, currency fluctuations, taxes, fees, promotions, occupancy changes, itinerary changes, or other supplier-controlled factors.

Ellora Travel House is not responsible for price changes, availability changes, or supplier errors that occur before a booking is confirmed.

5. Service Fees and Planning Fees

Some Ellora Travel House services may be complimentary when booked through our supplier network. Other services may require planning fees, service fees, booking fees, or group coordination fees.

Any applicable Ellora Travel House fees will be disclosed before you agree to move forward with that service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning fees, service fees, and booking fees paid to Ellora Travel House are non-refundable because they compensate us for time, research, coordination, and professional services.

Supplier payments, deposits, and travel charges are separate from Ellora Travel House service fees and are subject to the supplier’s own terms.

6. Client Service Agreement

For certain services, Ellora Travel House may require a separate Client Service Agreement, payment authorization, travel protection waiver, or other written acknowledgment before planning or booking begins.

If you sign a separate Client Service Agreement, that agreement may include additional terms specific to your trip or services.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed Client Service Agreement, the signed Client Service Agreement will generally control for that specific trip or service.

7. Payments and Payment Authorization

Payments may be processed by Ellora Travel House, a travel supplier, booking platform, payment processor, host agency system, or other approved third-party provider.

By authorizing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charge for the travel service, supplier payment, planning fee, service fee, deposit, or final payment.

You are responsible for reviewing payment amounts, due dates, deposit requirements, final payment deadlines, and cancellation terms before authorizing payment.

Failure to make required payments by supplier deadlines may result in cancellation, loss of availability, forfeited deposits, price changes, or other supplier penalties.

8. Credit Cards and Sensitive Payment Information

Please do not submit credit card numbers, passport copies, identification documents, or medical details through general website forms, regular email, or text unless Ellora Travel House provides a secure method for collecting that information.

If payment information is required, Ellora Travel House may provide or direct you to a secure payment method, supplier portal, booking platform, host agency system, or payment processor.

Ellora Travel House may collect or transmit payment details only when needed for client-authorized transactions.

9. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation, change, refund, credit, and rebooking terms are determined by the applicable travel supplier, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance providers, transportation companies, and booking platforms.

Ellora Travel House does not control supplier cancellation policies, refund eligibility, processing timelines, penalties, fare rules, credit rules, or supplier decisions.

If you request a cancellation or change, Ellora Travel House may assist with communication and supplier processes when possible, but we cannot guarantee any refund, credit, waiver, or specific outcome.

Ellora Travel House planning fees, service fees, and booking fees are generally separate from supplier charges and may remain non-refundable even if a supplier provides a refund or travel credit.

10. Travel Insurance and Travel Protection

Travel insurance or travel protection is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Travel insurance may help protect against certain risks such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, or other covered events, depending on the policy purchased.

Coverage, exclusions, benefits, and claim decisions are determined by the insurance provider. Ellora Travel House does not guarantee coverage, claim approval, reimbursement, or the outcome of any insurance claim.

If you decline travel insurance or travel protection, you understand that you may be responsible for non-refundable costs, cancellation penalties, medical expenses, travel disruptions, and other losses.

14. Minor Travelers

If you provide information for a minor traveler, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide that information and make travel decisions for the minor.

Some destinations, airlines, cruise lines, and suppliers may require additional documentation for minor travelers. You are responsible for confirming and providing any required documents.
